SK Gaming is known as one of the oldest E-Sports teams and have been involved in games from Counter Strike to Warcraft III. It was founded in 1997 in Germany as a Quake clan and later branched off into E-sports. They recently won first place at the largest CS: GO tournament of 2016, ESL One in Cologne, Germany. The Brazilian Team wiped the floor with Team Liquid and took the $500,000 cash prize. They also managed to take second place at the ESL Pro League Season 4.

Virtus.pro is a Russian E-sports organization that has been involved with various games. They were formed in 2003 and is mostly know for their Counter-strike 1.6, Counter-strike: GO and Dota 2 teams. Their CS: GO team is comprised of all Polish players. They won first place at the ELEAGUE Season 1, DreamHack Bucharest and StarLadder I-League Invitational. They also took second place in the ESL One in New York City.

Team Dignitas is a British E-sports team that was founded in 2003 as a Battlefield 1942 clan. They eventually went on into pro gaming in Battlefield 3, Fifa, Starcraft 2, various fighting games and of course Counter Strike: GO. Their CS: GO team is made up of Danish and Norweigan Players. They recently won first place at EPICENTER 2016, WESG 2016, and DreamHack Tours 2016. They also took second place at the Global eSports Cup Season 1. They were also within the top 5 at DreamHack Bucharest and StarLadder I-League.

Natus Vincere is a Ukrainian E-sports team that has been active since December of 2009. They have been involved with both Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: GO. They became well known for taking wins at the 2010 tournaments Intel Extreme Masters, Electronic Sports World Cup and the World Cyber Games. This year they took first place at ESL One New York, Counter Pit League Season 2 and DreamHack Leipzig. Their CS: GO team is made up of Ukrainian, Russian and Serbian players.

    Cloud 9 is an E-sports team from the United States and they were founded in 2012. They are involved with several different games including Hearthstone, League of Legends, Smite, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Dota 2, Heroes of the Storm, Halo, CS:GO and Overwatch. Their Counter-Strike: Go Team consists of American players with 1 Canadian Player. This year they won $200,000 for their first place win at the ESL Pro League Season 4. They also won second place at the DreamHack Bucharest, Northern Arena in Toronto and Ibuypower Masters 2016. They also participated in ELEAGUE Season 2 and StarLadder I-League StarSeries Season 2.
