Bard Electrocute is Ridiculous - League of Legends

in #gaming7 years ago (edited)

What is up bois, here I got you some random match with Bard Support, Electric Boogaloo Rune. Riot pls nerf, the damage at lvl 2 is just stupid. It was a mistake, I wanted to play Heimer mid but switched to support and was too lazy to change runes. Best mistake, got an S, and highest damage dealt in the end. The Jhin was just perfect, I feel bad I did some KSing, he should've earned those kills tbh. Don't pay much attention to my build, I wasn't really trying the best, just experimenting with the damage output. Sorry for the constant stutter, I recorded without Vsync enabled and that's how it looks, never again. Recorded using Nvidia's Shadowplay, it's really good, let's you tune a lot of the quality stuff and takes close to no performance hit.

Complete Rune Page:

So basically, the thing with the Electrocute Rune is that it deals between 50 to 220 damage (which is based on your level) plus 50%(if Attack Damage) or 30% (If Ability Power), that means, it's adaptative. This happens every time you deal 3 separate attacks in less than 3 seconds (and the rune is not in cooldown). When Bard deals an auto attack while having his passive active (meeps, they deal more damage with every auto attack but are numbered), it counts as 2 separate attacks. So the combo here is using Bard's Q and then hitting with an auto attack. The result is the trigger of the rune, and this rune combined with another champion besides you, and the fact that the enemy is at low level (because it works from the start of the match) ends up making a ridiculous rune if you can proc (short for Activate) it with little effort.
