CryptoZombies: Learn Solidity for Smart Contract/Dapp development !

in #gaming7 years ago

CryptoZombies is a new Code-School initiative by LoomX.io focusing on teaching Solidity smart contract development by coding a small crypto-collectables game !

Here's my Zombie-equivalent !

Of course, it's not like this is an actual non-fungible token just yet.

Right now the zombie is stored exclusively in the contracts database, and can't be transferred, but it's a start.

I hope you'll join me in creating your own zombified selves !

There's apparently plans to be able to send our zombie armies into battle against one another in the future !

This looks interesting

Glad to hear it !

Do post a link to your zombie if/when you complete the lessons :)

I did this yesterday, I recommend for anyone interested in programming on a blockchain to do it. It's very easy and well explained.

So.... show me your zombie !

Wait... that came out wrong XS (XP)

How are you enjoying Steempunk-net ?
I love it. It's really managed to get me back into Steem again.

I had some problems with motivating myself to post, but with Steempunk-net, I just kind of naturally go click the POST button when I find something interesting to do, in between my daily "battle" routine where I go read some posts on other's profiles before challenging them.

By the time I've made a round, I usually have an idea for a short, or long, post of some kind :)

Hey that's great! I don't have any motivation problems concerning posting because I have a huge backlog of ideas in my head! At the moment I'm trying to find a chest haha I need gear I think if I want to have a chance against a such noble aristocrat

Hehe.

I also got some ideas, but I've got a very limited attention span and memory and all the things I've tried to put in place to easily collect Ideas I forget about XS

As far as chests go, it seems linked to your comment activity, and it takes a few hours to get actualized, except on @steempunknet's profile, apparently, where it appears much faster
(very discrete marketing to get us to visit their profile ;) )
