Fortnite Cheaters Facing Serious Charges
In North Carolina Epic Games draws two cheaters Brandon Broom and Charles Vraspir to court. The two are linked as support staff to Addicted Cheats, a cheat provider. The two had aimbotting software that was used in Fortnite to break the playing experience for other players.
Fortnite has recently become a lot more popular after launching a free-to-play battle royal version of the game. Epic Games does not charge the two for cheating. Instead, they are charged with copyright infringement because they have injected external code into the copyrighted code of Fortnite without permission. legally speaking, the two can be tackled harder with these charges.

Thanks !
Good to see them taking an active role to curb cheating. It is a fun game but cheaters make it intolerable.
Yes, Hopefully more devs will follow Epic Games way of dealing with cheaters.
