Hello steemian,How are you guys? Hopefully in a fine condition.Back with me again @rizkipros101. and today i will share and review an android games '' Power Rangers : Legacy Wars''
Game Name: Power Rangers: Legacy Wars
Platform: iOS & Android
Publisher: nWay
Developer: nWay
Before playing this games you guys must first download the games at playstore for free and I recommend to download games using the wifi network, its because of capacity this games are large.
Usually I will start a review by talking about the story behind the game, but Power Rangers: Legacy Wars does not really contain a story in the traditional sense. The promotional game writes up stating that the story is: "Rita Repulsa, the space witch, has infected the Morphin Grid, created a virtual monster and a Ranger clone programmed to fight his name.Fight back with your own legendary Power Rangers curated team and crooks from multiverse!
Unlock the new Rangers, upgrade your best soldiers and create the best team to defeat Rita, and save Morphin Grid. "There are no cutscenes or even a series of dialogs in Power Rangers: Legacy Wars.On the contrary that's just an excuse to have three against three battle groups featuring various Power Ranger teams and related criminals they face. While other mobile fighters also have no stories, some interaction between characters. In Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, the interaction is nothing more than your "play" combat that gives you a "take it to" your opponent.
Gameplay in Power Rangers: Legacy Wars is very simple. You move your character backwards and forwards through swiping the screen and then tap one of three options to attack or defend it. Each of your actions takes the power charge, as indicated by the drain and filler gauge in the middle of the screen. Another thing about these attacks is that they work on paper-stone scissors systems, with red attacks that violate the blue (which is your block), blue against yellow attacks and yellow attacks have priority due to red attacks ... When the system works.
There are two problems I found with my time with Power Rangers: Legacy Wars. The first is that the rock-paper scissors of the game do not work as desired. A lot of the time I will have my yellow attacks brought out with red attacks, blue blocking working against red attacks, etc. Not to mention sometimes attacks will be used even though you never really hit the command. Another problem I face with Power Rangers: Legacy Wars is that attack time and defense is highly dependent on your personal internet connection, ranging from getting a locked stack with no chance of entering any command, until breaking up from your opponent. or yourself; to a one-sided combat that is not fun at all.
Sound, and other feature
About the sound, but nothing to talk about. Everyone has the same silent reaction to everything. You can get a small guitar riff from the "Go Go Power Rangers" theme when you win or lose, but others do not have much street music, again generic nonsense.
The graphics are not so bad in terms of Power Rangers: Legacy Wars. While everyone has an almost plastic action figure visible on them, at least they look like their true characters. This is shown more in the design of the monsters than the Rangers themselves because there are only so many details you can give as strong as the spandex of hell. Animations for attacks flow well and even turn into combo very well while working. The background, while limited, is done very well and you know where it comes from the TV series or movies.
In-Game Price Tag/Market
The last thing to talk about is the dreaded transaction of microtransactions. While you get a randomly looted box of randomly higher levels per day, plus some general levels you can stand in line to open later, two boxes of low loot every day and one "broken" box you get by doing damage to your opponent. Sure, it sounds very much, but then you hit paywall in waiting mechanics. High end loot boxes cause waiting time of 6 to 12 hours, then additional boot squares of 1-2 hours each. A two-day daily box at 4 hour wait time each, but the prize does not match anything. So what should you pay? Ordinary gold coins (which help buy or boost character levels) and power crystal (used to speed up loot box scheduling). Gold and Crystal found in the booty box, but the amount is so slow that you can immediately push it to buy it. While again it seems not much, but the characters you really want (like Mighty Morphin Green Ranger for example) are locked behind limited time offerings in the $ 15 range.
Conclusion
Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, just like the Mighty Morphin Sword of Power Force Rangers: The Mega Battle before it, feels like a rush-out cash that puts another stain on the Power Rangers franchise at a time when it gets a global revival. People will not spend weeks, months or even years in Power Rangers: Legacy Wars like they did with NeitherRealm fighting game. So to see the thrust of spending money really does hurt me as a gamer and a fan of Power Rangers. I really want to give Power Rangers: Legacy Wars a chance, and I will keep trying after a few months or so, just to see how many are locked from us through a paywall.
