They're probably going to run the damage a little further and then send out an apology after changing everything (after making who knows how much off of microtransactions)
From what I'm seeing Runescape is working on its comeback, whether it is the continuous updates they've pushed out and moreso now that they are working on mobile versions of both RS3 and Old School RS.
With these mobile versions.. comes the temptation and ease of adding more microtransactions.. So even if they apologize and change stuff around, I wouldn't be so sure it's the last time we'll see this type of issue.
