RE: Favorite gaming experiences: Pinball machines

in #gaming4 years ago

There's a pinball museum in Ashville NC that i went to and they have a good amount machines that are popular. It's all you can play for like $15. When it comes to pinball in general i love playing Fish Tales and World Cup Soccer which i own both of them on Pinball Arcade. It's not the same as playing IRL but it allows me to enjoy the tables as long as i want to play them. It's hard to say which table i would buy if i ever were to buy one. You can buy a virtual size one that emulates pretty much any table that is available. If i ever do win the lottery I would have want the following

Fish Tales
World Cup Soccer
The Getaway: High Speed II
Fun House
Road Show
Adams Family
Star Trek TNG

I own pretty much all tables on pinball arcade and Pinball FX3 where a virtual table should be enough but it's the originals that make it more fun.

I remember seeing one of those emulators and that seems like something I would like. They physics on it would be tough but hey, at least none of the bumpers can ever break! One benefit of a LCD pinball machine is that there can be multiple levels as well. I'll have to look into getting one of those but I would be willing to bet that they cost a damn fortune.
