Hello everyone,
Today we are here to tell you about some upcoming changes to our wonderful community. First of all we wanted to do a recap on everything so far and then we will get to the news.
The curation campaign we announced about 2 months ago has been going very well and our curation team has reported that everything has been going great on their part. We have also used extra voting power to upvote other quality gaming-related posts. This campaign will continue until we announce our next one soon. More on that when the time comes.
So far the SteemGC has organized two tournaments and they were both very successful. The first one was for the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and the second one for League of Legends. More great tournaments are coming for all your favorite games!
SteemGC Content Creators
So far we've been busy with organizing tournaments and managing the community, but we realized we aren't that active on Steemit in terms of posting. Because of this, we've decided to add two members to our newly created SteemGC Content Creator team.
Meet @holoz0r and @tsukuyomi, the two first members who are officially a part of the SteemGC team as content writers.
Everyone on SteemGC loves games and gaming in general, which is why both @holoz0r and @tsukuyomi will be producing content about the latest game news, game reviews and gaming related articles. Both of them have experience in the field, which is why you'll find quality gaming content on the @steemgc blog from now on!
Future Support
Recently one of the greatest and most influential manual curators who goes by the name @acidyo announced that he will be delegating a portion of his Steem Power to the @steemgc account. This is very great news for our team as well as our community, because we will have much more influence in curation as well as the gaming part of Steem in general. Huge shoutout to him!

shoutout @steemgc , @acidyo, @holoz0r and @tsukuyomi.... And concerning the tournaments. It would be nice, if we would hold tournaments for games were it is rather difficult to get players to play with for someone alone, but still are really great Games like WC3 were it is only hard to find people playing because of its age or some beatem ups or something.

This is fantastic! I just started up @GamersUnited - a gaming curation community as well. It's awesome that more people are focusing on curating content other than your average travel/crypto/etc stuff.
Perhaps we can chat and see if there's room for collaboration? It's better for all if we work together, as Steemit seems to be a place of giving and reciprocity vs competition - thoughts?
