I have always wondered why Bluehole didn't bring the weapon skins sooner and that fact really made me think they are not some greedy Gaming Developers after 6 months of release the game they made the game playable and now new batch of cosmetics arrived , Yes ! They are weapon skins , as you may know top tier weapon skins like Karabiner and M416 is going to be quite expensive and most prestigious skins in the game.
Sadly I couldn't open any yet , because I spent all my Battlepoints on monday without knowing this patch , however I will open some today there are 2 crates one is free and for other one you need to buy a key that worths 2.99 $ and they are named as Triump and Raider Crate
As you can imagine , the drop rates are quite low and there are still no price feed and if you want to see the full list of skins you can check from here

The Price feed is not complete for most of the weapons and probably these will be quite overpriced for couple of weeks. As an instance if you want a Kar98 Skin you need to pay 300 $ or you just need to trust your luck. I didn't like most of the skins but I can totally use the Desert Digital M416 and Turquoise Kar98
You can change your skins from this inventory and the logic is simple , if you kill someone with a skin you can use their skin in the game or there will be an option to switch to your original skin when you pick a weapon with a skin. I can't deny it eventhough skills > skins I'm hooked to game cosmetics too , but it was frustrating that they didn't add a golden pan I was expecting a golden pan , these changes will spice up the Steam Market for Pubg there is no doubt for that.
