I stopped playing because the cheats were obvious.
Editing the config to remove grass and bushes, and some rudimentary wall hack junk.
They patched some of it, but there are still players that roll up to a house you are in, and know exactly what room you are hiding in.
I'm talking, walking up to the front door, opening it, and ignoring all the other closed doors (because I'm tricky like that), and going to the CORRECT closed door and blasting away.
I've gotten up into the top 10 many times, and even got to the top 20 with nothing but bare knuckles, but they have a lot of fixing and patching to do.
Its as bad as GTA V when the whole "modding" scene was going full-bore, with people duping currency and being general jackholes.
Oh well, price of popularity.
I am still playing and to be honest the cheating hasn't died down.. As you said its the price of popularity and with the game still in Beta, I guess they got a few nuts they need to tighten before finalising the product!
