Drunken Musicians

My cousin and I were joined by our mate for some Sea of Thieves game time. This game is hilarious as this video will show (apologies for the sound, have to look into the weirdness of it), where we are being drunken pirates while playing some lovely music!... Well it's lovely when not drunk and synced playing, then when you are drunk your ability to play is lowered a lot, making hilarious fun while throwing up and stumbling everywhere!

Managing ship and moving about

But that's not all the game is about. You sail a small ship(1-2 people) or a big ship(3-4 people) and using teamwork you raise and lower the anchor, steer the ship, change the angles and raise and lower ship masts to go with the wind or ship turning. Your ship can fill up with water or get holes which makes repairs and emptying water necessary! You and the ship can be struck by lightning to in which either is damaged/hurt.

Finding treasure

After getting the voyage map you get to the ship in order to start the voyage, looking for the correct island and the treasure it holds. You get gold when you sell it to the hoarder based on what chest you got and can collect multiple chests at once.

My thoughts

The current price tag for Australians is too high and should be bought if you got the money as full release is meant to have a lot more, with this only being about 20% of it I heard. You can also get different styles for the ship or your character. Well worth the game, or wait for a sale or price drop if need be but should be gotten by sea/pirate lovers and any gamer wanting something fun and exciting to play.
