Im about a month into Steem Monsters and although I can get frustrated with the game, the splinters, or my shitty decisions in game, the one consistently positive element is the community. Not only do they offer tips and solutions when I'm frustrated or hit a wall, but they often give each other cards, offer to play with you to see where your holes are or just sympathize with you. This keeps me going and often laughing threw my growing pains. Most of this takes place in the official SM discord Chanel. What really excites me is with the re-branding of Steem Monsters to Splinterlands we welcome in the SEED/Tron community. Much like the Steem Monsters community, the SEED community is really helpful and tight. Joining these two community will help they both shine brighter and provide even more stability to one of strongest Dapps in the game. 
On a quick side note Splinterlands funding is still ongoing. Its reached 100% soft cap and currently sits at 25% of its hard cap goal of 5,000,000. If you want to partake the website link is below.
