Oh, great info here. We're in the Middles East, you recon I can grow this outdoors this summer where we can get up to 50°C, or would it be best to place them indoors?

Should be fine but perhaps if you can place them indoors, it would be less stressful. You'd have to make sure it gets enough water in those temps. Probably out of full sun too if possible.
