Storm Damage
I popped these 2 seeds exactly 18 days ago.
They are growing a bit slow, because they only get 2-3 hours of direct sun.
I haven't gotten around to moving them to my balcony.
There, I get around 6 hours of direct sunshine.
1 week ago, a storm hit and blasted a different plant over and that flipped something else and smashed the tiny seedling. The stem was hanging by just a thread, but the plant healed.
Comparison
Its sibling did not get hit and is about the same size.
It probably wasn't the wisest choice to keep the smashed plant (I am only allowed to have 3), but now I am commited.
If it was photoperiodic, I wouldn't even mind that wound, but autos are sensitive and could flower even quicker than supposed to.
Guess I'll see...
It's important to move the plants quickly. They are automatic (RQS 'Quick One') and the breeder says they fully finish their growth cycle within 9 weeks and I need to catch more sunlight until then.
Anyways... Amazing how hardy these plants are...
I'll transplant them into larger pots and move them to my balcony and write another update soon.
Resilient ones indeed then! So 3 plants is max over there? Well seems these guys are survivors. Happy growing!
