Here's a quick update about my bougainvillea bonsai. There's been a lot of sunlight here in Austin it's blooming marvelously!
I need suggestions, should I prune down the largest branches? let it grow and prune next year?
Thanks in advance!

This are my jalapeño plants. I'm surprised they actually sprouted since the seeds used were from an old jalapeño. If they continue to grow strong as they are right now they will become a healthy bonsai.
Thanks for reading!

I'm not too great at these but, trimming some of the none essential branches should help the trunk grow a bit - I'd trim the bigger branches in Spring as the plant will take less strain during that time.
If you are doing general, small pruning, prune the tip of the branch as close as possible to the last node, as this will help with forming a new branch there. If you planted it recently, ensure that it stays moist and once properly established, water only when it nears complete dryness.
Looks like a very happy plant though - and nice choice of ground mix.
Sorry for the late reply man, thanks for the advice! I did use it and it seemed to be paying off.
That's great to hear. Glad it worked.
