You are doing grwat mate specially planting the herbs. Peppers are super healthy as they cintain antioxidants that helps in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol level.

I don't care as much about their health properties, as I do about their taste! The healthyness is just a bonus :)

Start considering health benefits as well. Some of them are anti cancer.

Yeah, there isn't a ton of evidence to support the ability of what you eat to fight cancer. Whether or not they prevent is a different story and difficult to prove as one can not prove a negative.
