A question to ask is why are they coughing? Does their throat feel dry, or itchy? Is it sore? Is she a smoker?
Generally speaking, proper hydration can fix a lot of stuff, so you have to be properly hydrating. Consider your water source: tap water is very, very poor quality, and some bottled waters are worse than tap water. The body needs extra hydration upon waking, before and after drinking alcohol and diuretics like coffee and caffeinated tea, and if you consume lots of cooked foods.
Filtered water, or better yet ionized water, with plants in it promotes proper hydration! This water is activated and restructured, plus has beneficial compounds from the plants. Teas are basically really strong herbal infusions; drinking herbal (non-caffeinated) tea all day instead of water is an awesome choice. Mint is usually great, chamomile tea is a nice choice, ginger tea is great if the cough is due to inflammation.

Thanks for responding. She's probably one of the healthiest people I know and an avid gardener. also has been eating incredibly healthy this past year. She has never smoked a day in her life, nor does she drink...it's wierd....It's not an all day cough but constant enough throughout the day that it really worries me. It sounds like a dry cough...I've asked her as well...and she has agreed that it's a dry cough...it just comes on..then it goes away but throughout the day...she gets these dry coughs maybe....I'd say about 10 - 15 times throughout the day...I especially hear her cough when she's trying to sleep. Since she eats healthy...it cant possibly be caused by mucus...I don't know...I'm going to look it up further. Thanks for your reply.
You're welcome! The importance of proper hydration is often overlooked, but it is absolutely foundational to health.
So, what do you do? Or at least how do you know so much? I wanted to do a podcast on natural remedies and spiritual well being. Would love to have someone that knows a little bit more than idea, perhaps in a future episode. I believe crypto currency is a rebels currency...for the person that wants to unplug and take back control of their life in a sense. My UNplugged podcast is dedicated to these type of conversations, consciousness, examining issues deeper, and complete separation from a system to find the power of self. Any interest to speak on natural remedies, spiritual well being in a future episode, feel free to let me know. I would love to curate that type of conversation.
