That looks like a great first garden! It sounds like you had some good success -- and some good eating! There is more than one kind of garden harvest, you know..... here's a hint: Woodchuck chili is really good!

Thanks for the comment. Yes, I half-heartedly thought of trapping, dispatching, and cooking it.

A live trap and a pellet gun work well. And a slow cooker! When you clean them, just be sure to get all the musk glads off of them! They are scattered around, so be thorough. Once you slow cook them, it's easy to take all the meat off their bones and do a lot of different things. Good luck! and let us all know how it turns out! :D
