I loved it. I did not know that mug beans were sprouted by Chinese thousands of years ago%( it is always something to learn from you and I love it. Apart of it, I agree that sprouting is a great way of having the healthy diet and help your body! I like to experiment a lot with different kind of sprouts now but it all started in my childhood when I loved sprouting wheat and realized that my body likes it so much! I would say if you listen to your body it can also guide you which food is good for you. And you have to be fine to the fact that always changes %)) Thank you for a details lecture! I think you are a great speaker, at least I did not notice when the first 30minutes past as it was so interesting! I believe that being good on presentations is keep the viewer's attention and you did it well! Much love as always!

So great to hear your feedback @sashagenji. Thats awesome that you took such an interest in sprouts at an early age. Isn't is fantastic how the body speaks if we're willing to listen? I liked to hear that you've been exploring the sprout world for so long. I find it just gets folded into routine once you're comfortable with the basics.
I'm SOOOO happy you enjoyed the talk and learned a few things. I'm getting the message that I do need to put more effort into speaking engagements as I love it and have a lot to share. Your response means a lot to me and I appreciated you taking the the time to watch and write such a heartfelt response. much love <3
Wow. you're doing such a great job. I also do sprouts, but in smal quantities, for me and my family. They are a super source of nutrients. Thanks for the info, it is really really useful for me:)
P.S. I found your post on qurator but I really wanted to know that I appreciate this. Yes, this is awesome!

Great job Ini! Great presentation. You really make sprouting sound so easy. What an inspiration!
Thanks ! The beautiful thing is that it IS easy. Happy that you enjoyed it. Any progress of sprouting this miracle fruit or mamey yet?
Nothing yet...still waiting I'll let you know when something emerges!
I discovered sprouted wheat berries - delicious. Another favorite is sprouted chia seeds. I could munch on these all day! @ironshield
lovely, I too like sprouted wheat berries and am just waiting to get an oven and proper grinder to perfect sprouted sourdough. Have you ever had well made sprouted bread, it's superb. There's so much to explore in the world of sprouting isn't there?
Have you delved into fermented "cheeses" from seeds and nuts? Thats my favorite sprouting food lately (other than of course clover, and peas and ...).
@mountainjewel I first learned about sprouting in Hawaii while wwoofing on a farm that was growing them. We were doing around 70 trays a week of sunflower sprouts. We also started experimenting with Pea shoots, corn, and buckwheat sprouts. The sunflower sprouts were the most work as we had to more often than not pull the seed from the leaf by hand. This was a very labor intensive process. Thank you for sharing this and I look forward to reading some of your other posts...
Thats cool that you've had experience with growing them. I totally hear you on the sunflower things, that's the main reason I haven't focused on them. But they are really so tasty it's worth it for personal use.
Do you grow any for yourself now?
Glad you enjoyed it @thebennyroeshow and look forward to getting to know you. Be well
Happy to find "a fellow spouter" :) I'm enclosing pics of my sprouts and sunflower greens. too.
Awesome! Love to see this 💚😁 keep up the great greening!
