Blooooooooooms!

My garden has been slow this year, that one marigold bloom being the only flower I had, until finally the other buds opened up! Yaaaay! Just as that one was finishing up its run, too. So I had to share!

PS, if you're wondering about the tag, when my brother was a toddler, I asked him what I should name my philodendron plant. He said "flowow," which is how he pronounced "flower." So flowers are flowows. 💜💙💚💛

I've got quite a few marigolds right now myself. I don't know about you but they help keep my other plants from being eat up by the bugs ;)

They do! I first started growing them because they deter grasshoppers.

Beautiful oranges make me think of lions and of romantic autumn, as the leaves fall.
