Restaurant that grows its own food

Have you ever been to a restaurant that grows its own food? This little restaurant in Hamilton, Missouri, that grows its own vegetables 50 feet from the kitchen amazed me. Today I do a quick introductory video from Duste Dee's Mittleider garden where she grows a lot of the produce she uses to prepare delicious healthy meals to her customers. She has 4 Mittleider soil beds that are 20 feet long on the property about 50 feet from where she prepares the meals for her customers. It is going to be difficult to get fresher food than from a restaurant that grows its own food on the property.

In her garden this year you will find zucchini, she uses that to make her own fresh zoodles, yellow squash, green beans, kale, chard, beets, cabbage cilantro and basil. Her garden went in late so her crop selection was limited to plants that would produce quickly.

She is very passionate about healthy food, her family and coffee. I am sure she would love to hear from you and your words of encouragement in her new business venture. Here are some links to her social media presence.
