Thanks for the link back to recipes! I have been contemplating canning boiled eggs because I have SO many of them and I bet adding a pepper helps give more flavor! I'm going to try it.
I make homemade chow chow and I am going to be adding some jalepenos to my next batch instead of just bell peppers. I'm hoping it gives it that extra "kick"!
We like to pickle the eggs when we get a good excess! It keeps them a lot longer and changes up the flavor. Chow Chow with jalapenos sounds excellent!
