It can be hard if you don't make it a priority. We're hoping to shift awareness so people understand how vital it is and make some upgrades in their own lives. Making a dark, quiet sleeping space are just a couple options for improving sleep quality.

I am a 24 hour caregiver for a Love. She has MS, and is the air I Breathe; but it does make for poor sleep sometimes.
She is so very worth it, but it does make life (and sleep) tough sometimes.
SO, sleep when you can, and make rest a Priority, and you will be healthier!
I used to turn out the lights in my office, and sleep for lunch. NOW, they call it a power nap-, ROFLOL; but then they wondered how I was so sharp after lunch, when they were trying to digest a heavy meal, and stay awake. I was Engineering Manager, and ran circles around them; and tyhey never knew why.
Stay Belssed!
