What a wonderful story. I love it that you had more food than you needed to give away. That truly is abundance.

I was surprised at the size of the foodbank. I expected it to be a small community hall somewhere with people queuing up. Looks like a major operation.

Yes that food bank is really epic, and we know of at least one more in this area of similar size. And yet there are STILL people going hungry, and there are STILL grocery stores throwing away literally thousands of pounds of perfectly good, edible food every single day.

We do what we can, because we know that the resources are there and available and it is the system that needs restructuring!
