What an awesome healthy feast! The frittata is really perfect with those spinach. I always love spinach and anything green and leafy.

In our home in the province, we also use firewood to cook our food especially rice. I like the smokey aroma of any food cooked in firewood making it more appetizing. Sure thing water is healthier to drink when mixed with some fruits, I like water with lemon and cucumber as a healthy refeshing drink =)

Oh yes we LOVE greens too! They are a staple in our diet between daily salads and daily green juice.
We definitely agree that cooking over fire adds a wonderful quality to the food!
