preparation:
First we are going to tie the pork loin so as not to lose shape. Season with salt and pepper, pass it through the flour, then place it in a saucepan with half the butter to seal it. Remove it from the fire.
In the same saucepan place the onion slices until they are golden, then add the onion to the pan where the loin is, then add the milk until it is well covered, cover the pan and cook until the tenderloin is tender, stir once in a while so that the milk does not stick, when it is ready, remove it from the heat and strain the sauce.
The sauce that has left the place on a low heat while stirring it to make a little. Cut the loin into slices and serve with the sauce. You can accompany it with white rice and avocado.
