sounds like your going to replace the gas tank if so will it be smaller, bigger or the same size ? I did not know gas would rust a tank out interesting thanks for sharing

I may replace it all together. I have spray painted it though and would like to salvage it if able. That rust proofing stuff sold in the stores may be my work around for the rust in the tank. More to come on that as it happens :)
