Today I brought a
recipe for frozen dumplings, a dumpling before the
weekend, as a beer snack and a simple side dish . It was a recipe introduced in the previous House Bob Baek, but when I searched the blog, there were many variations on the original recipe of Baek Jong-won.
I made it as it appeared on the broadcast!
Preparations for making dumplings : frozen dumplings, flour or leek powder, chives or leek, water, cooking oil
First, put the dumplings on a skillet and spread the
oil evenly.
Turn on the medium heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour or stir-fry powder + half a cup of water and
mix well so that there is no lump.
You can use any flour flour, but since the
basic liver is salty, I think it would be more delicious to use it, so I used it!
The oil will be starting to sizzle.
Pour water over it.
Sprinkle with chopped chives or leek on top (if not, it's ok!)
Immediately close the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
It is not easily burned because it is poured with water.
The bottom is cooked closely, the top is steamed and cooked.

It's an ultra-simple menu that doesn't seem like it took less than 15 minutes

Overall, it feels like a dumpling before being dumped with dumplings, and the moisture and chewyness of the dumplings are alive , so it looks simple, but it's a menu that goes hand in hand . I recommend dumpling before this weekend for snacks, snacks, and side
dishes!
