Okay, So, Who Are You Again?

Hey guys! Since you clicked on this post, you might be wondering who I am. Well, please let me re-introduce myself. Hi, my name is Elijah, and I'm a writer.

Yeah, that's basically it.

Why Did You Leave?

I started blogging three years ago, back when crypto-currency wasn't that much of a big deal. I have to admit, I was quite immature to think that blogging was, well, boring. So when things turned bland, I lost interest and decided to quit. Also, back then, I was impatient and couldn't stand having such slow progress in growing as a blogger. As a result, I left.

Why Did You Decide To Return?

It's pretty simple, really. With the current pandemic going on, looking for something to do, was challenging. I tried sewing, learning a new language, learning a new sport, and many other things. But of all the things that I did, reading came first place. I would read quite a handful of novels. It was interesting how writers craft words in such a way that could take readers into places they have never been. And from then on, I decided that I would return to writing. And from writing, I will return to blogging. Thus, here I am.

What Did You Do These Past Few Years?

Procrastinating for the most part. But I did try to learn how to actually write like a professional. I would spend my time reading blogs about what to do and what not to do when writing. I tried to practice adapting to different writing styles and to create my own style of writing. So far, so good. I tried to write a novel, but I wasn't quite confident with myself. So I stuck to writing short and simple works.

What Do You Plan To Do Now?

I plan to write, obviously. Blogging here is a great way to practice. And I could use the extra cash. For now, I'll try to think about how to grow my audience. And after that, I'll think of ways to make more upvote-worthy content. I'm no longer the 14-year-old kid back then. With the knowledge and virtues that I accumulated these past few years, I'm ready to take the next step further. This is me, Elijah, signing in as your content writer!

Yay! You made it to the end!

So this will be my first post after three long years. Although short, I do hope that you like it. By now, I hope that I'm no longer a stranger to you. And that my path to blogging is back on track.

Cheers! And may you all stay safe and sound!
