Gracias por mi salud! Agradezco el hecho de estar sana. A pesar que de niña fui asmática, en mi adolescencia y adultez mi organismo se fue fortaleciendo 💜 y me volví más sana, me comprometí a educar a mi mente para que fuera mas amable con mi cuerpo, creo eso ayudo bastante a mi organismo.
Thanks for my health! I appreciate the fact that I am healthy. Although I was asthmatic as a child, in my adolescence and adulthood my body became stronger 💜 and I became healthier, I committed myself to educating my mind to be more kind to my body, I think that helped my body a lot.

Agradezco la salud de mi familia, de mis hermanos, y de mis padres.
Agradezco la presencia de Dios, en cada una de las situaciones de salud que he enfrentado.
Agradezco la compañía de mi hermosa madre que tuvo noches de desvelos y angustia en los momentos que estuve en esas situaciones, pero que con amor supo cuidarme y reconfortarme con la medicina más eficaz que existe, el Amor.
Hoy en este día 02 de reto, aunado al agradecimiento por mi salud y la de mis seres queridos, quiero extender el deseo que se tenemos todos, ante la situación global con la pandemia y muchas otras enfermedades en el mundo, el deseo de que todos tengan oportunidad de ganar su batalla, de proteger a sus seres queridos y conseguir día a día fortaleza y la fe necesaria para su situacion.

I appreciate the presence of God in each of the health situations that I have faced.
I am grateful for the company of my beautiful mother who had nights of sleepless nights and anguish in the moments that I was in those situations, but who with love knew how to take care of me and comfort me with the most effective medicine that exists, Love.
Today on this day 02 of challenge, together with the gratitude for my health and that of my loved ones, I want to extend the wish that we all have, given the global situation with the pandemic and many other diseases in the world, the wish that everyone have the opportunity to win your battle, to protect your loved ones and to gain strength and the faith necessary for your situation every day.
