Hace unos pocos días mi esposo visitó a unos amigos árabes que viven cerca de nosotros,ahí en su casa están solo dos hermanos ya que los padres están viviendo en la ciudad de Porlamar porque tienen negocios y es mejor estar cerca de ellos.
Estos muchachos aunque son hombres ya aprecian mucho a mi esposo y por ende a mis hijos y a mi porque mi esposo es la persona de confianza que tienen por acá,mi esposo me trajo hace poco estos tamarindos chinos como los conozco que tienen ellos en su casa una mata y ya los tiene maduros,mi hijo y yo nos comimos los que estaban más maduros y estos los hice un jugo en la licuadora.
Lo que si les digo fue que costó endulzar ya que la fruta es muy ácida y llevó mucha azúcar,luego agregué hielo y quedó un jugo muy fino y refrescante,valió la pena gastar el azúcar 🤣,pronto me van a mandar otros ya que hable anteayer con uno de ellos .

A few days ago my husband visited some Arab friends who live near us, there are only two brothers in their house since the parents are living in the city of Porlamar because they have businesses and it is better to be close to them.
These guys, although they are men, already greatly appreciate my husband and therefore my children and me because my husband is the trusted person they have here, my husband recently brought me these Chinese tamarinds as I know they have a bush in their house and they are already ripe, my son and I ate the ones that were riper and I made a juice from them in the blender.
What I will tell you was that it was difficult to sweeten since the fruit is very acidic and took a lot of sugar, then I added ice and it was a very fine and refreshing juice, it was worth spending the sugar 🤣, soon they will send me others since I spoke with one of them the day before yesterday.
