Even so, they have the right to dress however they want. If you think about it, how would laws against that be enforced? That is a basic personal freedom. Where the line is drawn is that they cannot require me to say that they really are what they pretend to be. That's unreasonable because it goes beyond the rights of an individual and imposes on other people around them.

This stuff is hydra headed in that, if they have the right to dress however they want, then they should also have the right to be recognised as what they say they are...so you see, its better that right to be Trans was not accorded at all because with it comes another right, recognition.
You and I disagree on where the line should be drawn, but I'm ok with that. Steemit is place where all kinds of ideas can be exchanged and considered without having to necessarily be accepted.
