Expectation I believe is what we all anticipates for ourselves. It boils down toward accepting or trusting the unseen. This has result to lots of heart breaks, heart attacks, disappointments, depression etc. The best way to overcome or manage expectation is to live a life of nothing expecting too much from anything or anybody be it your parents, lover, friends and associates. It makes life and issues of life easier to manage. Always have a plan B.
