Whats wrong with the genesis mining contract of monero started on 27th Jun 2017 and till date there is no payout and balance is showing 0 .
Of my Ether contract , payments are being broken in the transactions and not received any ether of last 2 weeks of payouts

Are they really care about customers as from the last 4 weeks my customer supports tickets are open ?? I see scary things over it and in last 1 month i have not done any upgrade and not planning to do anymore.
Its really disgusting to check daily your payouts and validate it , really painful and suggest your guys just away from it .
