While I appreciate this descriptive, articulate and heartfelt explanation from the Genesis CEO, I would have rather seen it maybe, I dunno, 4-5 days ago.

I do think this was bound to happen sooner or later. And glad they are addressing it. But communication is key for consumer confidence.
Not ready to beat up on Genesis just yet.

Good to hear payouts are now coming. I have not received my payouts for the day, but what the hell...I've already waiting this long, what's a few more hours??? I'm just happy things seem to be getting back to normal! Thanks. :-)

I've had a very good experience with them for almost a year now.
Confident that once they solve this latest problem, we will get back to normal. :-)
I'm not worried. If I had $100,000 worth of mining contracts with them then I might be concerned. But diversify, diversify, diversify. This is just one aspect of my crypto holdings.

I wouldn't have even known this issue happened if it were not for your post. I don't use Genesis mining, but I still like to keep up with what is going on in the crypto arena. 4 to 5 days is quite a time frame for not addressing the issue. I would not be happy with you if you promised my bike fixed 4 days ago and I didn't even get a phone call telling me why it would be delayed until days later.

Got two payouts of dash late this afternoon. But nothing else. I usually get dash and litecoin everyday and every 3 days BTC and every 6 Eth. I don't have a ton of cash wrapped up in it so I'm not sweating it too much.
Actually looking into building an Ether miner at my shop in the office.
Glad to read you are getting something. I searched around after reading your article on redditt and seems like it is hit or miss with people receiving all vs portions.
Would love to read a tutorial or see a video on Eth mine build.
