The keywords for non-believers to really dig into this are solar radiation geo engineering , you'll find worldwide conferences and heaps of discussion on the specifics of what substances to use and how to best deliver it. Pretty sure we had a huge geoengineering conf in Sydney last year too that specifically went on about solar radiation management via aluminium spraying..
All "hypothetical", despite doing this for at least 15 years already..
Digging into the "why" is a whole disturbing rabbit hole of its own, I think it's more important to first get the public past this initial denial and accept the reality that it's definitely already happening..
Once we get past that, we can point to the huge amounts of existing studies showing the link between alzheimers and aluminium.
And then show the huge rise in alzheimers in areas that have been sprayed...
And then maybe Joe public will be ready to explore the darker side of the "why" with a more open mind.
IMO - this is population control , disguised/justified as "saving the environment".
