@justtryme90 Wrong. Brennan did NOT talk about Cloud Seeding (that technology exists since Vietnam war), but about Solar Radiation Management: which is injecting the atmosphere with aereosols (chemtrails) to obscure/reflect the Sun rays "to combat climate change".
Exactly what most "conspiracy theorists" have been denouncing for a long time (see the site Geoengineeringwatch.org for example)
It is now an officially admitted program which they obviously have tested for some time to even know it works and how much it costs and the implications.
