Baryte or barite (BaSO4) is a mineral consisting of barium sulfate.
The baryte group consists of baryte, celestine, anglesite and anhydrite. Baryte is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium.

Phantom crystals. Its most common to find quartz phantom crystals, simply because quartz is so extremely common mineral and easy to find.
But the phantom effect can be seen in many other mineral crystals too.
crystals grow in many ways just like a tree, layer upon layer.
And some time one of those layers get polluted, and get another colour then the other layers because of this, and then when it get a lot of pure layers over that, the polluted layer will look like a ghost crystal inside the crystal, and that is what we call a phantom crystal.
