[Heidelberg] Drinking local beer with a friend at university cafeteria

in #germany7 years ago (edited)

Yesterday i met a korean friend of mine to give him some stuff i that i brought to germany for him from my trip to korea. We had a couple of beers at Heidelberg university cafeteria called Marstall. The building itself is the old armory of Heidelberg but since it is not in use anymore the university converted it into a cafeteria.

It is really cheap there if you pay with your student ID card. You can get this draft beer for 2€. This particular beer is called Heidelberger Natrutrüb. It is unfiltered and has 5.5 ABV. They also sell wine and cocktails! If you are on a budget you don't have to go to an expensive bar. :)
