I'm in the final four days of @illestbambi 's #getinshapechallenge!!! It's been very exciting.
You can hear in my weigh in video my voice is a little froggy. But since that was filmed it's gotten even worse and I'm not feeling very well. Hopefully it's just allergies. We've been sleeping the last few nights with the windows open and a fan blowing. Could be related?
I did a weigh in last night, and one this morning, because there's quite a difference. I'll post both, and @illestbambi, you get the final say on whether to use Sunday night or Monday morning. My feelings will not be hurt either way. My other weigh ins were done in the evening.
Here we go!
Sunday night:
And Monday morning:
My plan is to do a workout tonight!
Thanks for reading!
NO, NO, NO......KEEP ON GOING!!!!
I sent him a message the other day to make sure and the contest ends on the 10th. So weigh in THEN again.....and get a few more days to keep working out and losing. Use the extra few days to knock off a little more. DO IT......
As for the weigh in difference, part of that might be the scale. I had mine change how much a steel plate weighed between some weeks, go figure. But part of it is very likely a good nights sleep, especially if you worked out anywhere within several hours of going to bed.
After working out your body doesn't stop processing or burning fat. The pain one feels after working out are generally minute muscle tears and lactic acid buildup. After, your body is healing. During the healing it is also still burning. The body also works and burns while sleeping, which is why good sleep is so important (wish I had some, LOL). I can almost always lose 1 pound+ overnight, a lot of people lose 1-3.
So do that final weigh in, in the morning before you eat or even get a drink.
;-)
Thank you! I didn't see your reply yesterday.
I'm not stopping! I just didn't know which weigh in to use for Sunday. :)
I'm not quitting after its over, either. I've had too much progress to quit.
On a seperate note, i must tell you when i was 5 i wanted to be a stunt man. Laugh if you must! 1981, summer, i got a hand me down green glittery bike. My friend teddy and i would ride our bikes along the curb, slam on the brakes and flip over, tuck and roll into a neighbour's yard. Over and over and over. Until my mom saw one day, and made me promise to never do that again. She didn't want me to get hurt. I don't think she knew i played the Dukes of Hazzard on the tire tree and jungle gym at school. Somewhere along the way i lost that edge. Lol
Well the weigh in to use is whatever you weigh in at TOMORROW (or today depending on where one lives....the 10th LOL). I'm not quitting either, but I am going to take the weekend off to recharge a little.
So you wanted to do stunts AND be a man.....well that is totally oky these days so you're good. LOL
I did the same stuff with my bike, just never where mom could see it. So I never grew out of it. Who knew I'd be able to make a living at it.
