I have been a fan of wrestling for as long as I can remember. I have also been drawn to the bad guys for reasons that I can't explain. When all of my schoolyard pals were fans of the "say your prayers, listen to your parents" Hulk Hogan, I was a fan of the "kiss stealing, wheelin-dealing, sonofagun" Ric Flair.
Like many others in the wrestling fanbase, I had grown tired of Cena, until I read up on how he is outside the "squared circle" a.ka. in real life.
The above picture is just where we begin with Cena. If there is ever a USO event overseas for troops, you can bet your bottom dollar that Cena is going to volunteer to be part of it. There are some stories out there about John having been in the military, but this is not true. He is just a nice guy who brings joy into soldiers' lives by hanging out, taking selfies and making the best out of a bad situation.
Now, I will admit, when the fans started changing the words to Cena's intro music to "John Cena Sucks" over and over again, I was happy to see that. You know who else didn't mind? John Cena - keeping with his babyface persona, he will actually compliment the audience on their singing ability rather than get upset with them. He goes out of his way to greet people with anti-Cena signs.
There are tons of stories of wrestlers, even the babyface good guys actually being really horrible people in real life. I don't think anyone was surprised when Ric Flair and Jake the Snake turned out to be womanizing drunks who abandoned their families, but when it turns out the Hulk Hogan was the same way (and also racist AF) i think people were a bit surprised. Cena doesn't have a persona in the WWE, he really IS that guy. I gotta respect him for that. Because being kind, well, that's important in life.
John Cena (and yes, his name really is John Cena) is extremely active in the Make a Wish Foundation. Can you think of anything more selfless than putting joy into the lives of terminally ill children? Well Cena doesn't just routinely hold the world title in the WWE, but he also has the title for most ever appearances in the Make a Wish Foundation.
If that doesn't put at least a little bit of a smile on your face, you don't have a soul.
John Cena remains the highest paid WWE superstar, but it doesn't seem to have gone to his head, he is extremely humble in life and routinely reaches out to help others, particularly children. I still have a hard time rooting for him in the ring, but I'm gonna root for him in life.
John Cena is definitely one of the great names in WWE and his talent extend until show business and in fact, he has his numerous movie too wherein he is the lead actor of it. salute to you dude!
lol. pure gold.
Cena is my idol. He's a good person. WWE is not complete without him. Resteemed this post.
Hiii.. Gooddream
Gm
Have a lovely day.
I am fan of john cena also. This is the great post on john cena. He is good being human.
John cena is famous and is one of my favorite wrestler
Anyone who's actually disgusted by Cena as a person needs to have their head checked. He's nowhere near my favorite wrestler (I believe I've yelled, ‘Cena sucks!’ at an event or two), but this is a man who has granted the most Make-A-Wishes in the history of the organization, he supports numerous charities and, by all accounts, he's an excellent dude in person. So, if we're talking about him in reality, he doesn't deserve any hatred.
Now, John Cena the character/wrestler? He most certainly does. It is important to remember that he's mostly doing what he's told to do when in front of the camera or ring. So your beef might be more with WWE's creative team than it is with Cena.
I cane accross Cena whils i was still a kid, at that tike when Undertaker was still very famous and reigning in te rings, i never thought wrestlers had any life outside the ring but hei apparently they do, the John Cena you're portraying here has a very beautiful Character and it only maoes me wonder if is the same John Cena i know?😄
Oh oh i love this guys, Cena, he has a great personality both in the ring and outside the ring, his composure is great and he's cute too😊. So aside all this he happen to be a philantropist too? Damn he is good
When I was stationed in Connecticut back in 2004, we all had to go down and meet some Wrestler that was coming down to do a meet and greet with us. Turned out to be John Cena (though in 2004 I honestly had no idea who he was) and somewhere in my house there is an old 3 1/2 inch floppy with a picture of me and him on it. He seemed like a good person and it really seemed like his desire to come by and show his thanks to us was genuine. Even based on that short meeting, I've always been happy to see someone like him make it as far as he has without losing the values that he came up with.
He's a great actor, I like it very much, Cena is the best, it's a good post @gooddream.
John Cena is one of the best boxer. I love John Cena very much. He is a real hero and he is one of the good man of the world. WWE IS BLIND WITHOUT John Cena. I salute John Cena
