Interesting musings of similarities between (gin) distilling and philosophizing.I'll leave the philosophy to you and take the gin 😄. I like gin and sometimes try different brands and kinds within a brand. It's amazing how such a clear liquid can be so different.

For sure! I had an aged one, which they aged in wooden barrels and it was really interesting. I drank it neat (as I am a whisky drinker and I love to taste the spirit itself) but the poor lady doing the tasting wanted me to add tonic to it. I cannot add tonic to such a wonderful product!
