They add too many things to the food and when I find anything I can't really understand or I don't know what it is I do not buy until doing some research. Basically avoiding any trash in a bag when shopping is the best practice.
I am satisfied with combination of millet and psyllium right now, it provides the best compared to the price. Millet comes from the home farm and I buy the other thing in the health shop.
