I've been using Hello Fresh for a few months. You might have seen ads for it on the TV. They deliver a box which has ingredients for three or four meals, for two to four or five people, depending on which options you choose.

I usually get the "Classic Box" which has three meals for two people, but there's always enough to feed two adults plus our teen daughter - though, admittedly, she doesn't eat a lot, so if you have a ravenous teen, you might want to go for a larger box.

The usual cost for our box is $69.95, so around about $8 per meal (or $11.65 if you're only feeding two), which is a bit expensive for me. So, I only order it when I have a voucher to get a discount price. The discounts are usually half price, so that brings the cost down to $4 per meal (or ~$5.80 for two).

The boxes contain all the ingredients you need to cook these meals for yourself. Sometimes, you need to add common ingredients like oil or salt from your own supplies, but it's only really common stuff that everyone has sitting around. Meats (unless you have the veggie box), fresh veggies, spices, herbs, condiments, are all in the box. The Classic Box provides three meals, but you are offered five meals to choose from, so if there's one you really don't like the look of, you can swap it out, or even skip the whole week. The subscription is very flexible; you can cancel, suspend, skip weeks without penalty.

As I said earlier, full price is a bit much for me, so I always suspend my account until I get a discount voucher. I've found it a great way to have healthy meals that are different to the same old staples that we eat.
