The cool thing is, you will receive coins for different activities. They will reward us for daily logins with 0.33 Tokens, so when you signup and login, you will already have 2.33 free Tokens. I think it makes total sense to do a Kickstarter based portal with Crypto, after all many geeks order these products and geeks often hold Cryptos like Bitcoin or Steem etc.

I will signup using your link and check coinstarter. I am toying with an idea of a community support project. Perhaps I can try launching it on coinstarter. Too early to say but will definitely check it out. Just a doubt - One of the typical red-flags, quoted by some experts on Steemit platform, of a scam ICO is the referral system. I understand that this is not an ICO but does the referral system not attach a stigma to the projects? I am far less experienced in these matters and am therefore, seeking opinion from Senior Steemians like you. Thanks. Upvoted@knozaki2015 -

What I don't understand about referrals is why they don't provide an intensive for someone to use a referral code rather than none.
When kickstarted came out as an idea me and my friends were obsessed with it. Looking at the numbers and thinking of projects we can do to take place there but it was hard for people in europe since we needed to be in America to do anything on the platform at that time. CoinStarter looks like a great Idea and I was wondering when something like it will pop up with all of these ICOs coming up all of the time. Thanks for sharing I'll definitely check it out!
I have been sugesting a kickstarter solution based on crypto for months now and I am finally happy to see someone made the initiative to kick things up.. Can't wait for the platform to get popular.. Kickstarter has some great limitations towards countries taxes and such.. Hope it's different with crypto..

Well, this coinstarter thing maynot be a scam but it's really not worth the time. Back then they were distributing 100 tokens per sign up, then they reduced it to 50 tokens, then 25 and now only 2. That kind of suggest they that they are not scam. But still, after signup you'd hve nothing to do to earn those tokens. Only referals and we know very well referals don't work for everyone. Infact, after earning these we cn't withdraw them either because they haven't come up with ICO yet.
well I will hold the coins and wait and see what happens. its free so nothing to loose
