I love reggae, and have been to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and St. Martin before. Which islands were you thinking?
The only reggae band I've met is Steel Pulse, and they are not from down there... interestingly enough, I made them some shirts.

I think that sounds great. Maybe I'll just have to mail down some shirts ahead of time until I can figure out the rest.
