I understand if you don't feel comfortable giving out your address for this book. If you like maybe you can check with the post office and see if a book rate package can be sent there "General delivery" or perhaps have it sent to someone elses place that can forward it to you. Maybe you can even get a P.O. box but I guess that would be a last resort. If you are still interested in it then please send me an address to [email protected].
