10 Effective Study Habits for everyone

  1. Manage your priorities first before you manage your time wisely.
  2. Set time table or schedule for your To-Do-List.
  3. Absolutely NO POCRASTINATION on your tasks. It can ruin your schedule, thus, stressing you out on how to insert it on your other schedule.
  4. Surround yourself with the right people. As psychology says, you end up doing same things with the people around you, like your friends. Make friends with people you have contagious motivation.
  5. Set Time-Oriented Goals.
  6. Give yourself a break for some time. Studying all the time may make your brain overworked. Give yourself free time to do what you love to do, like your hobbies.
  7. No too much free time. Too much free time may invert too much attention into it, thus, losing focus while studying.
  8. Drink enough water. Water gives oxygen to your brain, performing its function well.
  9. Eat healthy foods. Healthy balanced diet lets you have the energy you need for studying.
  10. Have enough sleep. Sleep plays a very important role in learning — it helps us to cement the new information we’re taking in for better later recall.
