This is a scam, nobody will win the 40 Ripple (XRP), he has done the same with his other account @cryptoking123 and he's using also another fake account @wodamgei to promote his scams with false comments, be aware of this scam! He even tried to scam me with 1000$, saying that I should transfer it to him and take place in his scam and earn from poor people, that I would take 15% of revenue from the poor people that registered by his referral link! He's sick!
