If we want to live for Christ, we cannot live like the world. If a salt has no taste, it is useless. So, if Gods people make no effort to help and change the world around them, we don't have much value to God.
If we don't shine like a light in this dark world, we are worthless to God. A lot of us hide our light by doing everything like the whole world is doing and acting. Also we can hide our light by sinning, which really dims our light. You can also hide your light by not helping others and ignoring others needs. We are also not showing our light when we don't show/ teach and explain our light.

A simple smile can make someone's day or even change how they think of themselves, simple kind words can change someone's life even when we don't think anything about it, a warm hug, or a simple call can change life, a simple upvote that we sometimes think of should I, it will not make a big difference can change someone's life.
@FAMILYPROTECTION is just one of the best projects here created by @canadian-coconut and @markwhittam who are both just beautiful and lovely people who fight against families being destroyed by the social services. I absolutely love what this @familyprotection is doing and how it is a voice and support and huge help to those going through having their families taken apart.

If we act as the whole world acts, our light is dimmed and no one can see us. No one can see the light of God. We, as Gods people need to stand out from the regular crowd so that the world sees us as people of God/ Gods work through us, so that they become hungry for God and a life that is not self centered, but life of serving others and God.

I just want you to know that I am along with tens of thousands of dialysis patients here in my country PH are getting free dialysis treatments with no more copay to contend with.
In addition, we are getting free medicines like EPO in particular for correcting Anemia and a couple of free lab tests.
It is because of the enhanced universal health care by our government in aiming to support dialysis patients in freeing them about the big issue of the copayment fee everytime we get our dialysis treatments. So now each of our session is paid by our government health insurance with the amount of 4,000 PHP from 2,600 PHP. One dollar today is about 58.41 PHP.
It is still a partial implementation of funding coming from Philhealth our UHCare system, and we are yet to receive the FULL implementation which I am guessing that we might receive 5,200 PHP by August next month God-willing which will mean that we will going to the dialysis center totally free from paying anything aside from getting additional free stuffs like more free lab tests per month and maybe 2 pcs free dialyzers I hope. That is my news for you all for now and I just thought that you will get delighted by this God-sent gift for myself, my parents and the rest of dialysis patients here in my country the Philippines.

A million thanks to God for this gift @joalvarez because at one pint in time it was just a fantasy but now a very welcome reality for me and for tens of thousands of other dialysis patients and although we can never enjoy what a normal life should be, I cannot be more thankful enough for what just happened in my uninteresting life. It's now time to enjoy life more than ever before.
